This car also retains the original 4.1 Liter V8 and automatic transaxle. The 4.1 Liter engine  and that is sent through a 4 speed automatic with overdrive to make for a great cruising car. The 4.1 was rated at more horsepower than the 5.7 liter offered that year. Most figures show around 3,300 of these convertibles produced in 1984 making it a fairly rare car.
