Up for sale is my 1973 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible, 500cu. in. engine, automatic transmission, 58,159 original miles, Oceanic Teal Firemist Poly exterior color w/white leather interior, white convertible top w/glass rear window, loaded with many options: A/C, power windows, power door locks, power bench seat w/arm rest, power top, power trunk, cruise control, tilt/telescoping steering wheel, Am/Fm aftermarket radio (factory radio not available) w/power antenna.
The car has been garaged all its life, not restored but well maintained and is in above average condition.
Wherever I go, the car gets many compliments.
The biggest comment is the love of the color combination.
The car has been repainted many years ago and shows well with a great shine and looks nice.
However, there are minor chips, blemishes and blisters from age - in my opinion they don’t detract from the look of the car (see pictures).
The interior shows well.
The leather seats are original and do not have any rips or tears but do have typical leather cracking.
The carpet and mats have been replaced and look new. Surprisingly, the door panels are not cracked as they typically do on these Eldorados.
The convertible top appears to be original and is in nice shape with only minor wear.
The c
onvertible top boot is white, original, and in excellent condition. The car also comes with a body colored painted parade boot (not pictured).
Under the hood is presentable but not detailed.
The trunk carpet kit is clean and in nice shape with little wear.
The mechanics of the car are in excellent condition with low miles. It runs and drives nice and strong.
Engine starts up quiet, shifts and drives great. Chrome and stainless are in nice condition, shining like you would expect from a low mile car, but does have some places with flaws (see pictures).  As well, some of the filler panels are cracked/deteriorated.
The underside of the car is solid with nice floors and frame bearing original undercoating - peeling back in spots (see pictures).
The area under the rear skirts shows no sign of typical weakness even though they had been repaired at one time. Tires are good, as are the brakes, exhaust had been replaced some years ago.
